Ergolumba is an e-commerce retail brand operating under United Kingdom consumer law. All orders placed through our Shopify store are subject to the terms outlined below.
Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is known as your cooling-off period. To exercise this right please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return your item you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two shipping options to the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free and takes 5–8 business days. Express shipping is £4.99 and takes 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ergolumba accepts no liability for delays caused by third party couriers once an order has been dispatched.
