Shipping Policy — Ergolumba

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Standard Shipping — Free All orders qualify for free standard shipping. Please allow 5–8 business days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Express Shipping — £4.99 For customers who need their order sooner, we offer express shipping at a flat rate of £4.99. Express orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when it has been dispatched.

Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Important Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays during busy periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Ergolumba is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
